CURRENT PROJECTS
A multi-use resort including a 5 star hotel, branded residential components and two championship golf courses.
The residential/resort site has approximately 214 acres and the golf sites are comprised of approximately 421 acres. The resort site offers views of the Caribbean Sea from virtually all points on the property.
On the golf site there will be two separate championship golf courses designed by Arnold Palmer and Christy O’Connor Jr. The 5 star hotel will be an exclusive 275 room oceanfront resort and residential retreat situated on Half Moon Bay. All rooms will have ocean views and guests will benefit from a tranquil, protected bay at Half Moon Bay with spectacular views of St. Lucia’s majestic “Piton” volcanoes.
RAVALLO RESORT
Ravallo Resort is a 5-Star Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. Ravallo Resort and Conference Center is a member of Preferred Hotels of the World and will be managed by Interstate Hotels and resorts. The resort will adhere to the USGBC Green Building specifications and is planned to have a Platinum Level LEED Certification from U.S. Green Building Council.
THATCH CAY OCEAN & BEACH CLUB
Thatch Cay Ocean & Beach Club is a ultra-luxury residential resort being developed in the uparalleled setting of the U.S. Virgin Islands. The architecture will pay homage to the great historical designs of the past with natural stones and exotic hardwoods, all in muted color schemes to blend into the landscape. The 100 luxury units are comprised of 48 estate lots of 2-3 acres (8,000-12,000 sqm), 24 villas lots at 0.75 acres (303 sqm) and 28 harbors flat and Great House Flats of approximately 2,500 square feet (2.322 sqm).
